PicknPay and BP running a ****

Pick and pay smart shoppers is running a promotion with BP garage, fill R600 fuel 4 times and swipe your smart shopper get a limited edition car. I have kids who insisted I participate after my 4th refuel I received an sms that a unique code will follow the next day. Three days later no code. You phone smart shopper call centre and wait for 30 minutes before getting a human to talk to only to be told that it must be escalated and nothing else cann be done and I must wait. This is pathetic service from Pick n Pay. This sounds like a **** to to me
