Petrol Card double charging

I filled diesel at BP service station in Fourways Gardens. The petrol attendant swiped my card twice as He advised that the speed-point is nit responding. I received 2x notification sms'. I querried this and was told that the reversal will happen in a matter of minutes. I did not. day later I phoned my bank which confirmed that two transaction did go through. The merchant flatly refuses to reverse one transaction. <br> <br> I dont know if this is how BP Service stations treat their clients on a daily basis.<br> <br> There must be a working process to do a simple reversal
