Pathetic service form staff

I stopped at the BP garage in Leeupoort, Boksburg, to ask the attendants to check my car's water as the temperature of the car was rising. The lady stepped back when I asked her to help me. I had to ask for water because I had to do it myself (I'm also a woman) There's no man around to assist. When I asked her for a cloth, she couldn't find one - she returned with a little piece of toilet paper. REALLY!!!! The car's overheating, boiling, it's to hot to open & she brings my toilet paper! While I was busy with the water, they were casually chatting, ignoring me..... I've been a customer of that BP station for years, but will never go back there again. Their service level definitely scores a 0 out of 10 from me!
