Pathetic service BP PALM COURT

Good day.

I finally decided to change my service station of 12 years to bp as I moved close to the one in Palm Court , Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg.

I can safely say I will rather drive 4kms and go to my old service station, Total Rock Cottage.

Appalling service , nonchalant about not being able to give me my smart shopper points, more so did not even offer to swipe the card. Carried on their conversations long after my car was filled up. Did not bother to offer any other service. In fact it felt like o disturbed their day by choosing to support the business and fill up there.

Who do I report this to?

Sorry for the abrupt post. I am seething as I type this!!
