pathetic service BP Melrose Arch

At first I thought it was a once-off ... but after the 4th time it is just plain pathetic service from the petrol attendants at BP Melrose Arch - the first one just off the M1 - right next to Bentley Motors.

- there is always no petrol attendants; - when they eventually appear from their office, they are slow and take their time to assist.

I stop there very early in the mornings (on my way to work) to fill up with fuel, as it is the only BP service station on my route from home (that is if you are interested in the fuel rewards from Discovery). However, every time I stop there, there is no petrol attendant in site - they sit in their little office ... I then have to hoot to get their attention .... and then, after I presume they have woken up in their little office they stroll leasurely to my vehicle to ask if they can be of assistance .... and then take their time to fill up my vehicle and process my payment. this morning I gave up and (after telling the petrol attendant when he eventually made he way to my vehicle, that his service is patheric and useless) drove off without filling-up my vehicle - I will use any other service station except BP Melrose Arch!
