Pathetic service

I am writing this while at your filling station in Pretoria, Equestria. I arrived here at around 12:10 at the petrol pump closest to the car wash and I waited a very long time before any of your petrol pump attendants came over. When one did finally come over her told me that he couldn't help me as they were changing shifts. I repeated this statement to him and asked him if I heard him correctly then he said yes. He looked behind my car and said that he could not help me because they were resetting the pumps and asked me to please wait. I asked him where the manager was and he said he wasn't there but the supervisor was. I decided to not potentially get this attendant in trouble. Not his faultA few moments later he asks me to move to another petrol pump because the petrol I needed was finished. I obliged and queued at another pump. Moments later he asks me to move to ANOTHER pump. What exactly is going on? I use BP because I enjoy the service and this filling station in particular because it's the one closest to my house but if this is the service you are happy to give to your customers then I think I'll stick to the BP next to where I work. Is this the kind of service you endorse?
