Pathetic customer service at BP maponya in Soweto

Pathetic customer service at BP maponya in Soweto. Everytime I fill up my tank, I am told that the Pick n Pay smart shopper points machine doesn't work. This is false advertising. BP or Pick n Pay needs to be honest and inform the customers that this campaign does not apply to all BP service stations. Poor customer service from the BP Maponya service station
