Pathetic customer service
the lady in the wild bean silvia is very rude and abrupt she does not greet customers she claims to be the manager but if she is the manager her customer service skills is ridiculous i have heard i am not the only customer that she has treated in this manner many of my friends and family have had the same experience with this lady and her poor service
