Pathetic

This will be the 2nd review I am writing about BP on William Nicol in the last 2 years. The service is just non-existent whether you are here during a busy period or not. I have never seen petrol attendants work so slow in my life! Do you offer incentives to the employees who serve customers the slowest? This is absolutely shocking!
