Painful experience

I am so hurt and upset. Last week I went to pour petrol at the BP in Protea North (Soweto). Along with pouring petrol, I asked the petrol attendant to please check my oil, water & tyre pressure. He did not close the water cap & I was unaware at the time. I proceeded to work and along the way my car overheated & was no longer driveable thereafter. My vehicle has been assessed & I am told that the engine is dead due to the fact that It had no water. This is all because the attendant did not close my water cap & as a result , it spilt. My engine is now dead as a result of his negligence. I have not been given any clear feedback on how they plan to account for this as they said the owner will need to set up a meeting with me but they cannot even give an indication of when he will do this! Instead I am told that he is a “busy man” & will attend to me “when he has time.” While I sit here, incredibly inconvenienced. I work very far from home & need my car for work. Now getting around is proving to be difficult. I now have no means of getting around & have no money to fix it. This is so heartbreaking.
