Paid for transaction more than once

I Fueled up my car 150 I swiped 1st time n the transaction declined abs amount returned to my card. Then they asked me to swipe again the transaction declined but went out of my account and I asked to see the manager her name is Denis ans she super rude. Said we can’t leave even though the transaction has gone off my account.
