Over billing
On two separate occasions my family has bought diesel from this supplier. On the first occasion I asked for R100 worth of diesel and paid. I did this before going to work as my levels were very low and I was running late. As I reached the Freeway M13 I realised that the needle did not climb at all. Leading me to conclude that I have been cheated.
The latest incident my Father in Law filled up his car's tank with Diesel. This was on Saturday. He noticed that the billing was still climbing despite the pump not pumping. He subsequently lifted the nozzle out of the filler and held it in the air only to see that the billing was still counting. This is also od as the pump did click and the attendant did not fill up further.
I have never experienced anything like this at any other petrol station and I cannot but help that either this station cheats its clients or it does not maintain its equipment. I would also like to say that I do not blame the attendants as they did not act in any way that can be reasonably considered as suspicious.
