No toilets for customers to use, management refused to say that have toilets on site

On the 01/05/2016 (Sunday) I went to top up at the BP petrol station (Unit 5 Chatsworth) My pregnant GF wanted to use the toilet, we were told that she must go to the Chatsworth Shopping centre. which is a distance away. I asked for management, the excuse was there was a burst pipe, I asked to take out photos, but was refused by management. I questions where do there staff go to, I was told they are also using the shopping centre toilets, I failed to believe this. Please give me feedback regarding this. I think this site must be shut down till this issue is sorted out, if it is not solved I will be putting a formal complaint to the relevant departments.
