No Service At All!!

<p>On the 22nd June around 06:12 am. Me and my partner went to BP waterfall Service Center to get something for our kid' school lunch ,electricity and fill up petrol. We entered the store and went straight to the back where the pies are, we get there there is no one, so we wait until one lady without a uniform came in and asked if we needed assistance (she looked like she was coming in for her shift). This lady shouted "customers, service please" and a lady' voice from the back responded " I have knocked off, my time is up, do you know how long I have been waiting?" ,we waited for a few seconds thinking maybe she was joking and to our surprise she did not show up to assist us. We went to the counter to buy electricity and there she was looking at us, she did not even try to stop us as we left to the counter, we did not fill up petrol even. We went to the nearest petrol station, I felt this was insane for customer service to be sacrificed like this. I mean when you are tired, you take leave but not inconvinience us as customers. </p> <p> </p>
