No management service at all

I had the worst service every from BP Garage Yellowwood Park, Durban. I requested fuel. When driving away I realised the fuel is not showing on the gauge. I alerted the attendant who assured me the fuel was in. I requested to speak to a manager of who was not available. The attendant called the manager who told me that he assures me the fuel is in. He is not even here. I was advised he will investigate on Monday when he is available. I had to drive to another fueling station where I then had the R300 fuel put in. And there it was showing on my gauge. I drove back to the station in Yellowwood Park where I could not find the attendants. The lady behind the counter treated me like the villain. As if I am going to ***** R300 fuel. Today I got R300 fuel of which I paid R600 for. BP itself I believe may be a good brand. However, Yellowwood park BP Station is not managed at all. Watch out if you going to have fuel there, do the attendants work, check that the pump is actually pumping. Not just figures on a piece of paper. SAD service.
