No idea on how to treat customers...

If I had a choice it would have been no stars, for BP staff who is sleeping on the job, thinking it's hilarious for a lady friend of mine in need of a toilet, to tell her sorry we are busy renovating. What a disgrace treating your customers like that. Not the first BP that we are experiencing this. There is plenty other garages just down the road worth supporting. Won't be seeing me again...
