No Customer Service

What a terrible experience yesterday at BP Edenvale. Had a damaged tyre due to hitting a pothole. Was not safe to stop and change where it happened. Managed to crawl on my rim to BP Edenvale & wow the service received was horrible. I pulled in and tried to park out of the way of any customers which I know I was. A gentleman walked over & started complaining where I parked told him I could not move. he said "well you drove here like that so you must move to the other side"I said sorry I could not. He then called his boss who walked over I said sorry I cannot move he then proceeded to walk away & did not respond. My son of 14 changed my tyre and at no time did anyone from BP ask if they could assist. We changed the tyre pumped and left. I sent an email of complaint to management today to receive a very nasty call from the manager who walked away asking why I brought him into this. Please do not support this garage as they are not interested in their customers.
