*** = no caring from BP service station

"This is the 3rd time that I have experienced this filling at your service station. I always fill up at the BP garage located near my house in Grays Inn Road on the Bluff. I have tried to gain access to the manager - and he is never available or there. The problem appears to be your antiquated canning machines - which are always not operating properly. I have had this happen to me on my third fill since last year. The problem is not the bowser guys - who try their best to service me. I generally fill up once a week and it's opportune for me to do so at the BP garage - I used to fill up at the shell garage down the road - but since you offer points - I decided to use your service station. Maybe I should revert to Shell again!

Kindly attend to this issue asap!" Which they kindly ignored - I'm sure that there are lots of people who are in this boat
