Negligence at BP Garage

<p> Hi, I was at the BP Garage getting petrol. The attendants asked as always whether my oil and water was fine and i asked that they please check. The attendant opened the bonnet and unfortunately did not close it properly. After getting petrol i left off to drive back home, unexpectatly the bonnet in a light of speed hit my windscreen, i quickly tried getting my car to stop because of the shock and couldnt see the road ahead, this left the windscreen damaged.It was cracked and the bonnet cover was damaged as well.</p>
