on the 17 September 2023 i was in BP garage VRYHEID.155 Kerk St..I went straight to the petrol pump no 3 with my car and my brother went straight to the next pump as he was the one to pay for fuel. Then my car tank was on another side.so the guy called Senzo am not sure of the surname .as he was attending me he told me to go to another pump as he can not be able to assist me while the tank is in another side of the car I should go and follow the tax that was filling the fuel in another pump .I responded that no I will rather come back with revers than following the que. while I was bizz turning the car around .another person came fast and took my place .then I told the guy to do what is rite shouted me saying she did told me I should follow the que my brother was gonner wait for me he is living me. than i continue reversed other guy came and assist me and he apologized on Senzos behalf .we were assisted ,when done my brother asked for Senzo they called him .when he came my brother said to him 'All i was waiting for is to say you sorry ..yooh the respond verry rude he said 'Apologize for what? he through his hands asking for what .the other guy kept on apologizing on Senzos behalf. than i called the Garage i spoke the the Manager who promised me to call me on Monday on the 11 September 2023 and give me outcome until today i am waiting for it .i have never felt so small in BP garage in my whole life ,this guy have no idea about customer services .
