Most pathetic car wash that you can get with pathetic service people stay away

Good day people i would like to take the time to let everyone know about this service that i received as a customer from the BP service station in O'Reilly merry street on the corner its very close to oaksfield pnp so i went there to get my car washed on arrival noticed they taking long slow service so was busy reversing to go to another car wash in fact if i just knew i would have left so the guy approached me so I asked how much is the car was ect R85 executive wash explained that it's everything so I asked the guy is it washed with foam ect he said yes foam wash doing pre wash first but fail to mention that the foam was is being done thru the front part of a broom same normal broom brushes i felt it anyways they start washing the rims and the car with a bucket small bucket after that the broom came when I saw it I stopped him since when do you wash a car with a broom? Never in your life so already I'm upset as my car just got a few sweeps with a broom head any case they finish up washing car with small bucket pulled my car out to vacume and dry area walk to the garage shop requested to see the manager told her about everything she doesn't do anything about it says they doing it for years even washing farrari lambo ect with that broom head ect never in your life are you going to get a guy with a super car that's going to allow the car being washed with a broom head anyways she is refusing to give back my R85 and refusing to sort out the problem and doesn't care about clients that's unhappy she is refusing to do anything so when my car was done I walked around to see if it's clean nope was not wasn't even properly washed rims was still dirty front of car still dirty back still dirty side mirrors still dirty front window has marks one wiper still has Bird poo on window rubbers still has dust dirt on ect I have few photos to share with the public there is also no supervision check the cars to make sure that they doing a proper job ect to keep clients coming back and not chasing clients away. So i now have to clean my car again properly at home where by this service station can't do a proper job I would advice everyone that's staying in or around northmead to please stay away from that car wash learn from my mistake would not suggest using them to clean you car at all. Service delivery is so pathetic but they quick to take your R85. That is the most pathetic car wash that you can get
