Misleading Information/ Empty Promises

<p>I have a complaint with BP garage in pretoria ( Arcadia, Schoeman now called Frances Baard street).I normally pour petrol there and i was told of their loyalty customers thing that everytime you pour petrol at that specific garage you earn points when they reach 2000 you get a free car wash.I then started using the garage always as I saw great opportunity. So on Wed 5th I went to the garage for the car wash i was told its only tuedays and Thursdays the whole day not mentioning times, fine i then went the following day Thurs 6th yesterday after work at 16:45.when i got there they made me run around. I was told they only wash cars free til 16:30, I asked for the car wash manager they said he went home and knocks off early,they couldnt me i explained but this is the only time i can make it work far and its during the week.the guy referred me to garage. the guy i thought was the manager at the garage stillsaid he cant help me its 16:30 just like that.I trid explaining then what happens to some of us that cant make it at that time yet ima very loyal customer and i have proof that i have been using the garage like they adviced me when now i have to get whats due to me this happens. I then went to look for the real manager they told me he is not there.I find it very unfair and blame BP garage for not honoring its promises and when the time came to deliver no one wants to step in. I need help from you i want my free car wash. They just didnt care.I really got a bad service</p>
