LP GAS from BP is SHOCKING!!!

I am SICK of buying LP Gas 9kg from BP Bluehills Service Station!! Every second cylinder I buy does not function properly!! I either cannot get the cylinder to connect to my appliance OR the cylinder is leaking!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
