Lemons for dinner?

Everytime i go to the BP arena park in Chatsworth which is everyday!!! From something inside to fuel to even drawing cash...theres this cashier who has to be the most rude person i have met. Her attitude and unfriendliness is the worse I've experienced!She is busy eating her snowball instead of servicing customers.. when she does she throws your stuff around.. You ask her a question and she plays deaf! My second problem is if you are purchasing from the store they should allow you to play your lotto at the counter instead of following a line to pay and then go wait outside to play lotto again!If this is the case then why offer the service? And don't you notice the customers that come there daily? It's sad that customer service doesn't exist in that branch.. the petrol attendants are darlings and friendly to the core... i even witnessed another gentleman in the same situation as myself leave complaining!Yes we are small and maybe the R5000 a month my husband and myself spend there is peanuts however doesn't our loyalty count? Oh well guess not
