Lack of customer care

On the 11th june 2018 I received the worst kind of customer experiance from bp filling station in soshanguve block xx north of pretoria..I was treated like im a ********* after my card was giving me problems when I had to pay for petrol,a petrol attendant by the name of bernard and his supervisor johannes took my car keys and kept my car hostage as I could not pay for the R200 pertol I requsted. I tried talking to the supervisor for us to reach a practical solution of how best I could be able to get cash to pay them but he was having none of it,even told me that the fact that im a loyal and regular customer counts for nothing.how dissapointed I was because I was willing to leave my phones,my Id so as to I can go and get cash somwhere else, instead I was left to stand in the filling station for 2 hours until my wife eventually came to my rescue...was disgusted by the attitude of the petrol attendant insinuating that im triying to pull a fast one on them, this is after I even went to the nearest branch of my bank and they explained to me how their system was mulfanctioning... if this is how loyalty at bp is paid then thank you. Your way of dealing with challenges that may come up sucks.to even think im always patient at that filling station as their service is slow and the garage is very busy, but for what ?? To be treated like a ******** when challenges occur. Hope bp takes their staff through customer service courses and even their supervisors so they can know how to treat a customer
