Just do things according to the books and stay informed ....change your manager she lacks management skills and people skills ....

The manager does not know and follow polices that retail use and also ones they pasted in the outside wall.....they mostly keep old specials on display and they always charge u what is on the till machine not what the special u saw says .....the manager will just say dont give him with that money charge them full price and the most annoying part is that she doesn't even come out to talk or apologize to customers ........this has happened countless times .....u end up spending more when u get to till points ..... stuff will tell the is a special when u ask but the story changes when u get to the tills .....

Then ull be hearing words like i quote....."you love drama "
