IRP 5

Since 2009,I tried to contact the previous employer which is the above-mentioned company looking for my IRP5 but to no avail until today October 2022.After numerous attempts trying to contact them and sending emails no one has ever bothered to respond to my request.My biggest concern around this matter is SARS continuously deducting their money each and every year I submit my tax returns. And secondly,I would like to know honestly why people after refreshment would be treated like dogs.
