*********** Attendant Bursts Tyre whilst inflating

Service Station: BP Service Station just off John Vorster Drive, Centurion.<br> Date & Time: 2015-04-15 ~07h18<br> Description of Incident:<br> <br> I picked up a puncture on the N1 North just after the Brakfontein IC (The N1/N14 IC). I limped to the service station just off John Vorster Drive in Centurion. I pulled up to a pump, and the attendant retrieved the air hose, and proceeded to inflate my tyre. I thought he was checking the pressure as he was going along, but he wasn't as he over-inflated the tyre resulting in the tyre bursting.<br> <br> I don't care about your so-called waiver. Your attendant serviced my car with me being under the impression that he was trained to a competent level to do so. I now have to fork out money to pay for this attendant's incompetencies whilst these tyres had approx 14000 km on them.<br> <br> So BP I want a resolution to this matter and the only resolution I will accept is a full reimbur*****t of having to purchase two new tyres and paying for their associated fitment costs like balancing and alignment.
