Incompetence from Bp garage in Selcourt,Springs

I am not happy with service received at Bp garage in Selcourt,Springs (Breswill Service) as I was laying a complaint about money deducted from my account for Petrol and gas without my consent and I was not at the filling station on that day! I'm highly disappointed about the managers incompetence, Shirley Williams has me going back and forth with sending her proof of the incident and not resolving the matter. I've run out patience and I need answers ASAP
