****in complaint

Dear @WildBeanSA. Please assist. I bought 2 ****ins yesterday at BP Alberton on Swartkoppies road. The ****ins were off, they had some web looking like stretchy substance when you open them. I calmly took them back after work and I was told to choose something else from the @WildBeanSA.Counter, I told them I am not comfortable getting anything prepared by them, I would rather take an item like a sweet or chips. I was told I cannot do that. I ask how should we do this then? The lady says I must come back the following day at 8am for the manager😳.I already took my time to return to the shop after work now I must return again the following day at 8am cos ngisakaze umbombo mina anginanto yokwenza its best I use my time to go back to BP garage? I ask for my receipt which THEY took when I purchased, and they tell me they threw it away, how convenient😊.@WildBeanSA please assist and tell me how this works or how this is fair to me? It does not make sense and it is nonsense to me. So the shop basically cannot deal with a complaint without the manager??? I am at work 8 to 5! How must I be at BP at 8am for their manager.
