I felt like a ********

For the past 5 years I hae stopped at BP Sibaya every day of the week and buy Coffee and a newspaper and once a week I fill my vehicle, so I spend around R4000 per month there. The petrol attendants know me well , the coffee lady Ritta knows me well and makes my coffee before I even place my order.

Today I stopped, ordered my coffee, picked up newspaper and proceeded to the till, only to discover that I had left my wallet at home. I couldnt cancel my coffee because it was already being made, so I asked to speak to the manager. A sullen woman came out of the back office and I proceeded to tell her my story and ask whether I could stop there on the way home and pay the R25 for the coffee and newspaper.

She looked at me and said "no" what if you dont come back and walked right back into her office. I couldnt believe that I was being treated like I wanted to ***** the R25. The poor staff (who know me well) offered to pay for my coffee but of course I couldnt so I just left highly disappointed.

I proceeded to call the woman and tell her that I didnt like the way I was treated and all she mumbled was "oh well"

I will not stop for coffee or fuel at BP sibaya ever again and I will take my business elsewhere.
