Humiliated by bp staff in Panorama

i would like to say that bp garage in panorama has the worst customer service i was humiliated in front of other customers was cursed at and middle finger and twice by the lady behind the counter and this happend both times i came to garage i called the manager and was promised to be kept updated to what was going to happen and this no feedback im really not going to let this go im going stress my case every week if i have to **********
