Horrific customer service

I have never been so upset in my life we went to BP petrol station in lenasia south shefield to pour some petrol then we decided to go refresh when we got inside we were told by the stuff that the toilet is not working when we got outside we spoke to a guy by the name of Thoma's who was very friendly and helpful which we did not know he was the manager at the time we asked him were can we find the rest room near by since they say the toilet is not working inside he told us to go back inside and ask for a guy by the name of pheallo who is the merchandiser to unlock for us so we went to pheallo and he went to open for us while he was opening for us this admin lady with dreadlocks we did not get her name starts scolleding at pheallo for opening for us we kept quiet and went inside the rest rooms when we came out the lady started scolding us and disrespecting us telling us that is not a public toilet and do we think we special while she was at it pheallo starts disrespecting us aswell telling us that we're is that Thomas we were talking about .I thought filling stations are meant for filling up and refreshing through all my traveling life i have never encountered such disrespect and I have never seen a place were you get disrespected just because you asked for the restroom especially a garage where most people stop to refresh after a long drive I am so angry 😠 😡.
