Horrible customer service

Customer service is extremely bad in this BP garage in Midrand, Smuts drive, opposite Midrand Police station in Haldway Gardens. I went there to buy bread and few things, when I got to the cashier I asked the lady to add sweets which obviously is placed in her section, and she didn't respond, I then repeated thinking she sisnt hear me, also no response from her side, until I asked the 3rd time, and she says I heard you, so i said to her, u should indicate if you heard and not just ignore to i wont keep repeating myself, and also no response, my concern is that what are these cashiers being thought when their are hired? And it's not the first time I've encountered an bad service in the same garage, my husband has actually opted not to go there ever due to bad service, funny enough the petrol attendants are very nice and they understand customer service clearly, but the cashiers are the issue, you have lost a second customer,
