Great Service From Quen at BP Wimbledon

Hello, I recently visited your petrol station in Lenasia South on Wimbeldon and must say I was completely wow'ed by a gentleman named Quen (Did not get his surname). I had needed to check pressure in my tyre as it was going flat and while checking for me he realized that there was a hole in the tyre and offered to help me change it. Even though I was baffling myself to remove the wheel cap and find the jack he helped me very efficiently and even to the end when my jack had given problems I had expected him to leave me be and say that he had to do his work, he continued to struggle and finish help me to the end. Despite the fact that the supervisor on duty came and told him that he could not help me and that he had to attend to the pump he continued to help me because he said that I am a customer of the garage and that it was his duty to give me service. I really appreciated his help and his warmth towards me as not just a customer but as a person too. He is an amazing young man with great energy and a wonderful attitude. This man deserves a bells and a raise :) . It is little things like tis type of customer service that will keep me coming back. Petrol is the same price at all Garages but specifically because of this man Quen I will make it a point to visit the BP on Wimbeldon again and again.
