Great Customer Service & Experience : BP Garage in Klipgat

Greetings,

This is my two cents worth concerning my positive experience with the BP Garage in Klipgat for a while.

Unlike making noise when it suits us only as customers, this time I would like to give credit where it is due and well deserved. I have been making use of services at this petrol station for almost a year now and the type of service I enjoy and receive has been consistent throughout.

If I single out any staff member then that would be unfair to everyone who has always gone above and beyond expectations, to ensure that i/we get the best customer experience and support.

The team is doing a great job and treats everyone with respect, and this has become rare these days in other businesses. I always iterate this to their leader (Patience) and the supervisor (Stephen) verbally, but this time I had to formalize the message and push it high up for proper recognition and to motivate them further.

I am pretty sure that I am part of a large pool of happy and respectfully treated customers in that station, although I doubt we (customers) have informed the BP leadership about this since they opened.

In a nutshell, great work by the team (Security, Cashiers & Petrol Attendants), and I hope other stations will learn how to build and sustain the type of culture they have with their customers.

I have no reservations with being contacted directly to relay this information, and to pat them on the shoulder once again and to help encourage them to keep up the great work.
