Garage with out fuel

For the last 4 months @ the BP Garage where I throw in petrol Address: 328 Ontdekkers Rd, Louis St, Discovery, 1711 Have been without 93 petrol every time I want to go and throw in @ the end of the month 4 months ago there was a price hike on fuel or like this last 2 months a dip in the price they close there pumps saying theres nothing Now then do they fill there tanks after the price hikes Cause this manager locks his 93 pumps then people come to fill up he tells them there is nothing so they can use the 95 till the trucks come to fill the tanks Is there a way where you can investigate
