Fuel Costs Beyond Madness

I am one unsatisfied customer being that, I fill regularly at the BP fueling stations. I understand that their are so many franchise owners nowadays selling and marketing your products, however I am confused that different BP outlets or fueling stations vary on their diesel fuel prices. Wish I could display them here, but unfortunately there is no function to show you my claims. Is their no regulator who ensures that fuel prices are levied at the same or similar costs? Please tell me a lie or some story to make me understand why fuel costs at certain garages are way more than the others. Already government is *****ing us citizens by R10 fuel hikes, how much more are we still being *****ed more locally?
