********** Petrol Station- Nagina BP

Good Hello Peter,

It is with great sadness that I have experienced a ********** activity at this particular fuel station. Doubt their cameras/surveillance even works.

My vehicle was full with only a bar drop in the fuel gauge. I asked Nonhlanhla to fill up my tank as I had a long way to go however she only filled 5.09 L of fuel and charged me R77.29 as I drove off the garage I noticed that my fuel gauage had not moved neither had the reading changed. Fuming and furious I returned to ask if there had been an error perhaps as I did not understand as to why had my fuel gauge not moved. The attitude from her was appalling. This BP garage is fortunately the closest to me and I use it on a weekly basis. How many other incidents have occurred with one not noticing. I will continue going to the garage of my choice however I doubt that BP has in their Values to compromise service however I write o express my grief with the hope that such an incident does not occur to fellow customers.
