***** - debit my account with no card and no me

on Saturday 7 November 2015 I stopped at the BP M1 OASIS station to fill up my tank and also buy stuff in store<br> I paid with my debit card of R350 which notified me via SMS immediately, I then left the station. today 11 November 2015 the same amount from the same station went of I was never there, when I went to the station they blamed my bank. but how when you swipe immediately it reflects immediately notifies you. the staff at the station are *********** rude arrogant and of no help. and reading all the complains about M1 OASIS something is definitely fishy. I want MY MONEY BACK AND AN APPOLOGY FROM THE OBNOXIOUS STAFF THERE. I will put it in the local news paper to warn other motorist using platinum cards and thinking transactions will not be noticed.<br>
