Footage not being able to be given

I had went to the Petrol station couple of times to ask for a footage of being bumped but I have been turned for a week now since I have been going and asking for it the managers have been turning me back and saying I should come back when the IT is back. When I go around the time given they say the IT person has left and no help has been done it's a week now
