False Advertising & No Customer Care – Lost a Loyal Client

I have been struggling for months with BP’s promotional cars. I went out of my way to use MORE fuel just to collect all the vouchers, only to be left with the last few vouchers and no cars. Their so-called “customer care” is useless – full of empty promises, and when you push for answers, they simply ignore you.

I WAS a loyal BP client, only ever using BP. But after this experience, I will never go back. I have switched to Engen, and I must say their service is better, and even their fuel seems to last longer. In the end, BP’s dishonesty just pushed me toward something better.

Pathetic service.
