Extremely Poor Service.

Went to fill up at BP N12 Zuurbekom JHB today 26/10/2025 around 17:30, asked the fuel attendant by the name of Palesa to fill up my car. My gas tank was over half full. She proceeded to fill up my car to the point where the tank was over filled and fuel gushed out & ended up on the floor, after the first gush out she STILL proceeded to put in more fuel. She didn’t even wash off the excess fuel from the car’s body panel with soapy water, only used regular water from the water can, not sure if she’s aware how flammable & corrosive fuel is, don’t think she cares much. I stepped out to see the mess she created, she basically blamed me stating that I didn’t tell her that the car already had some fuel. No apology, no remorse, I ended up paying for fuel that landed on the floor. Gross incompetence from Palesa. Mistakes happen, I understand but to blame me as a paying customer for your incompetence is totally unacceptable! She was very nonchalant about the whole thing. Don’t even know how much of the R345.76 fuel I actually got.
