Exchanged my Tyre for a worn out Tyre!

Terrible experience! I took my car in to get my Tyre fixed on the 23rd of September 2019 around 10am. To my surprise my Tyre was exchanged for a bigger worn out Tyre which was different to the one they took out. I went back to show them they gave a wrong Tyre then I was told to come when the manger was available. I told them the exact date I will be coming in to see the manager regarding the Tyre. I went back when the manager was at work and he came outside where I was parked already with and attitude! He showed NO interest of resolving the issue instead he backed his staff from *****ing from me and claimed his not sure that the camera footage of the incident was still available and never bothered to check it. I felt victimized as I gather they took advantage of me as a woman thinking I wouldn't realize that they fitted a wrong Tyre on my car. ALL I WANT IS MY CORRECT TYRE AND THE MONEY I PAID TO GET IT PATCHED I WILL TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY WON'T ***** FROM THE PUBLIC WHO SUPPORTS THEM. The manager at this service station is SO RUDE and ARROGANT I hope this gets published so people can be aware of their assets!
