Excellent customer services

Last week I had the pleasure of filling up my tank at the M1 Oasis. The petrol attendant, I think his name was Odrian, was exceptionally polite and helpful. We engaged in some topical discussion and I was surprised by his knowledge. I hope BP is taking notice of some of the talent they have on the shop-floor. This guy, like many, deserves some additional learning and development.
