DONT GO TO BP ON MALIBONGWE,
THIS Evening l went to BP garage on Malibongwe next to Appletons village what an appalling services l received l had forgotten a mask on my way to the gym, l got there and asked for a mask, as l stood outside the garage using the small window.l noticed that this lady didn't sanitize her hands and held the inside of the mask, l told that you didn't sanitize your hands cant you give another one she refused and told me that l can go, l don't have to buy there and l told l need a mask, and am not going anywhere she proceeded to tell me how she and older lady and has kids and didn't come to work for me. she reported the matter to her colleagues and what l think was manager and they all laughed and saw nothing wrong with what she was doing another gentleman offered to buy it for she refused and told him that she won't sell it cause l know my rights too much and therefor l should go away. so l want to know from BP if this level of service we should be paying for and allow people to potentially give covid cause they refuse to sanitize their hands.? is this level of customer service you teach your employees and that they should talk to customers manner l spoken to and get away with anything?
l find the service to be UNCCAPTABLE, APPALLING, DISGUSTING to say the least
