DONT BUY FOOD FROM THAT GARAGE
I purchased two mutton bunnies from the Bp Garage clare road on the 12/11/2017 at 13.48pm. After consuming the product , immediately I felt sick and started throwing up and I started getting stomach cramps. I went to my doctor, told him what has happened and as a professional he advised that the food could of been contaminated. I contacted the bp garage, sent numerous emails and made over 50 calls. The son who's name is Shahil, has no clue of running the business, his father who is the owner Mr Singh who is on holiday somewhere. From the 13/11/17 - 14/11/17 I have been corresponding with the son Shahil. I had advised them that I want them to compensate me for R600.00 for my medical cost, I then sent them an email stating that if they would like to resolve this matter I am willing to accept half. I am still currently not well and I am losing out on my salary as I'm leaving work early because of eating the Bp garage's contaminated food. I spoke to Mr Singh and he has a don't care attitude. his son Shahil has no idea how to run the garage and how to make a customer happy. I am going to contact all the newspapers, consumer watches regarding this matter. I want people o be aware of what happened and they should not go to Bp Garage ever again. This matter could of been resolved if the owner had customer a customer service attitude.

Shahil from BP clare road called me with an attitude, he has no attention resolving this matter with me.
He is asking me that if I am sick how am I at work.... what bull **** is that. Is he going to pay me my salary if I stay away from my job.
If you guy's at the headoffice cannot resolve this matter for me , my next step is to contact the health departments and send them to all the Bp garages and if I do that, its going to be a bad reflection for Bp. I have asked them to settle me R300.00 of my bill. They keep on saying that they own 27 garages but they cannot pay R300.00 to settle this matter.
As I said my next step is health departments and newspapers if this matter is not resolved. I am giving them till 2.00pm to sort this matter.

His staff called him on his phone and he tells me that he sent an email to me that I must call his lawyer. Why the ****ing hell did he call me to sort this matter out. he is a f.....g joke.
Shahil has the f.....g nerve to call my work place after 5pm yesterday and question the staff. He told my staff that his investigating if I was sick. What f.....g bull **** is that. He can t even investigate at his own business premises of what conspired. That garage is a joke and it should be closed down. That garage and the owners are bringing shame to the Bp name. Shahil sent me his attorney's number, he can get an attorney but he cant pay R300.00.
I want the bp directors or the head of BP to get involved in this matter now. this matter is gone out of control.
