Do not get your car washed there!!!!

I took my car to be washed at the BP on Sandown Road, West Beach and returned to find my brand new car covered in micro scratches and a few larger scratches. Having only ever washed this car myself (for the fear of this possibly happening) I know for a fact that these scratches were not there before. I then spoke to the manager, Rashan, who immediately denied that this could have happened there, before even looking at my car or any of the sponges/cloths that his guys were using. Surely if a customer is as unhappy as I was, a refund or an offer to polish my car should have been granted? Instead he completely washed his hands of the situation. I found his management of the situation appalling and it will now cost me thousands to have my paint repaired. Please be careful of taking your car there and if you do, you need to micro manage his staff to make sure this does not happen to you. Absolutely disgusting management!
