Disgusting service

I arrived the garage and was acknowledged by the cashier in PNP who had to go an wake up the petrol attendant out of his car who was fast asleep. Now he had to help other customers who were waiting for him whilst he caught up on his sleep. Then for some reason blamed on the system, fuel couldnt be pumped.<br> <br> I decided to go into the PNP to purchase a few items and was not offered a bag not so I had to walk out the store with all my goods almost dropping them.<br> <br> Eventually the pumps started working.<br> <br> I didnt know BP allowed staff to sleep on duty? I would give you names but none were visible nor printed on slips received. <br> <br> I am so annoyed with this pathetic excuse for service!!!
