Disgusting Service

Last night we visited our usual BP. There were only 2 attendants that were helping a not too busy garage. We waited for around 10 mins before another attendant (Mike) was called to assist us. The one attendant chose to fill tyre pressure for a guy that wasn't there instead of helping us and the other attendant chose to serve someone who arrived after us. My fianc? told the guy that we fill petrol there on a regular basis and we would not like to come back, his response was ?es don't come back'. When he was asked for his name, he walked away and my fianc? had to walk after him and insist on seeing his name badge. We are customers and shouldn't be treated as if they are doing us a favour and shouldn't be told by an attendant to not come back, the manager was a no show... Absolutely appalled and disgusted by their behaviour.
